Colorfull Permaseal Sealer (Clear and Tinted)
Product Description
Colorfull Permaseal is a water-based, penetrating acrylic co-polymer emulsion specifically formulated to cure, harden, seal and dustproof interior and exterior concrete surfaces. It effectively reduces efflorescence and shrinkage cracks and quickly dries to a non-yellowing, long lasting waterproof barrier that protects against oil stains, grease, acids and ultraviolet degradation.
Colorfull Clear Permaseal is a milky white liquid that sprays on blue and dries clear. It will enhance the beauty of exposed aggregates without changing the color. It is specifically designed to seal in and bring out the color of our Colorfull Stamp Release which can have a "drab" appearance without being sealed. It can also be tinted to the color of your choice to even out splotchy or uneven color variations. Our non-slip additive "Get-a-Grip" can be used to texture Colorfull Permaseal and is ideal for patios, driveways and pool decks where a non-slip surface is necessary. For refurbishing existing concrete try our Colorfull Aquaseal Opaque or Translucent Stains.
Use
New Concrete: Colorfull Clear Permaseal may be applied as early as two hours after final finish. One should be able to walk on the concrete without marring the surface.
Older Concrete: Surface to be treated must be free from all contaminates such as dust and dirt which will inhibit the penetration of the material into the concrete subsequently causing possible peeling. Clear surface thoroughly with tri-sodium phosphate (TSP) and flush completely. An efflorescence problem might require a more aggressive cleaning treatment such as a diluted muratic acid solution prior to sealing.
Limitations
Colorfull Permaseal should NEVER be troweled into the surface of the concrete. Never mix Colorfull Permaseal into the concrete itself. Keep from freezing.
Coverage
One gallon of Colorfull Concrete Cure will cover approximately 300-400 square feet of concrete surface. It is available in one gallon and five gallon containers. It may be applied with an airless or pressure sprayer or it may be rolled on with a medium knap roller. Avoid puddles. Use a brush or squeegee to remove any puddles or runs immediately. Unattended puddles will remain white and not dry properly. Apply in the cool part of the day, avoid applying in hot temperatures. Repeated applications will increase surface durability. Allow 24 hours before subjecting to foot traffic. Wait as long as possible before vehicle traffic.
Caution
Keep out of reach of children DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. A painter's mask should be worn. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Wear neoprene gloves and aprons to protect skin and safety goggles for eyes. See MSDS for further instructions. Wash hands prior to eating or smoking. Wash clothes after use of product.

This product is intended for use only by licensed contractors, experienced and trained in the use of this material. Since no control of its selection or application is made no guarantee is expressed or implied regarding its use. Admixture's only liability shall be the replacement of any product proven to be defective. Colorfull Permaseal complies with the requirements of the South Coast Air Quality Management District. Colorfull Permaseal meets VOC level requirements.
